Starting from Sexten/Moos with the own car until the beginning of the valley „Pragser Tal / Valle di Braies”. Continue on the cycle bath in direction to “Bruneck/Brunico”. At “Mitterolang/Valdaora di Mezzo” go on in direction “Frukelsattel/Passo Furcia”. Passing the village “Untermühlbach” until the valley station of the skilift “Lorenzi” (Kronplatz/Plan den Corones). Here cross the parking area and continue along the “Frukel” river almost until the hotel “Bad Bergfall”. Just before the hotel turn to the right and ascent on the “Frukelpass/Passo Furcia” on 1759 m of altitude. After a short descent turn immediately to the left on a sand street, cross the ski lift, and continue in direction “St. Vigil/San Vigilio”. Turn to “Fojedöra” and then through a steeply rising street along the lonely valley. You rapidly win altitude, but it is very strenuous. On ca. 2000 m of altitude the trail is such steep that almost every biker has to push his bike for about 30 minutes until you arrive to the “Kreuzpass/Giogo Monte Croce”. From there a wonderful and flat trail (nr. 24) lead to the valley “Lärchental/Valle di Larici”. Attention please, in some passages there is a risk to fall. Immediately after the entry in the valley the nice flat piece is finished and you have to turn on the left, on the way number 25 in direction to the lake “Pragser Wildsee / Lago di Braies”. The first 150 m of altitude are very steep and who is not very practiced or who don’t wants to damage the fields should push the bike. After this, the trail flattens out again. Now you have to pass a big scree field and it feels like you are in a desert. Continuing through a field-trail you arrive to the “Alte Kaser/Vecchia Kaser” on 1751 m. From there begins again a large way until the “Grünwaldalm/Malga Foresta” on 1590 m and forward to the lake “Pragser Wildsee/Lago di Braies”.
Continue along the bank of the lake until the hotel; then you have to cross a bridge on the left side and go on, on a rooty way. After a while the way becomes wider and better and finishes in a sand street. Go straight ahead until you arrive at the asphalt street which continues to the valley “Schmieden/Ferrara” and back to the starting point.
